About Pawn

◎ Pawn Loan

You leave your items with us and we will loan you the money. If you suddenly need money, you can borrow money immediately without having to give up your item. If you are unable to repay, we will not be able to return the item, but you will not be obligated to repay the money.

If you pay the principal (the amount lent) and pawn fees (interest and storage fees) within the deadline (within 3 months from the date of deposit), we will return the item to you.

The interest rate is 3-8% per month. The more you borrow, the lower it will be.

We can extend the deadline as long as you pay only pawn fee before the due date. In some cases, we may be able to make it past the deadline, so please contact us immediately.

If you no longer need the item, you may also choose to give it away without a refund. This is called "shichinagare" (unredeemed pawn) or "ryūshichi" (forfeiting a pawned article).

About Purchase

We will purchase your item at our store's appraisal value. Once we purchase an item, we cannot return it, but since you are giving up the item, we set the purchase appraisal value higher than the pawn appraisal value.

① Visit us

Please come to the store with the items you wish to sell. If there is anything you would like to confirm in advance, please contact us by phone. Please also bring a document for identification when you visit us.

② Appraisal

Our specialized staff will carefully appraise your items. There are no fees for purchase appraisals, etc.

③ Price proposal

We will offer the best possible appraisal value, appraised down to the smallest detail, to satisfy our customers. If you are satisfied with the purchase appraisal value, the purchase is finalized.
*If you don't want to let go of your items, please use pawning.

④ Payment

After the procedure is completed, the appraised purchase price will be paid in cash on the spot.
